1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GreetrOne website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our service.

2. Description of Service

GreetrOne provides event transportation coordination software, helping event planners manage airport arrivals and departures, track trips, and communicate with drivers and clients.

3. SMS Messaging Terms

When you opt-in to our SMS service, we will send you messages regarding event transportation coordination and trip updates.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@greetronedispatch.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

GreetrOne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of these Terms.
